Acceptance
By using Hostro, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account. Students under 18 must register with parental consent.
Bookings
Bookings are a contract between the student and the PG owner. Hostro facilitates discovery, communication, and payment — we are not a party to the rental agreement itself.
Payments & fees
Payments are processed via Stripe. Hostro charges a small platform commission on successful bookings. Owners receive payouts within 7-10 business days of move-in.
Content & conduct
No hate speech, harassment, fake listings, or fraudulent bookings. Reviews must be honest and from actual stays. Violations may result in account suspension.
Liability
Hostro is a marketplace. We verify listings but cannot guarantee outcomes. Always tour the PG, meet the owner, and check the agreement before paying.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime.
